If you would like to conduct a form navigate to the ‘forms’ tab

To conduct a form you simply just press the blue conduct button to the right. If you are just a user and not an administrator you will only

be able to view forms that you have been given permission to conduct.

If your form conduct button is greyed out it means your form has not been published yet. Go to edit your form and push

it live to make it available.

As you are conducting the form you will see a save button. Clicking this will save your progress on the

form into the submissions section. You can return later and edit this submission to complete it.

If you complete the form in the one go, on the last page there will be a submit button. Clicking this will send your completed form

to the submissions section.

To close the window just scroll to the bottom and click close or simply just click x on the tab. If you need the submission printing then you can do this by

pressing CTRL+P, this will take you to the print setup of the page.
