I’ve been passionate about surfing and food since I was a kid growing up on the Gold Coast. It’s the reason I made the decision to become a professional chef – because I have always loved everything about the magic of fresh, healthy ingredients. 25 years and over one million meals later, I am just as passionate about creating dishes that are not only delicious, but are highly nutritious and fuel optimum physical and emotional health – a true balance of the mind and body.
At Capri we have created catering menus with these principles at the heart. Our food is crafted from the best local ingredients and sourced by sustainable methods. Our contemporary menu complements Brisbane’s subtropical climate and outdoor lifestyle.
