ROADMAP FOR EFFECTIVE RESOLUTIONS Conference on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Suggested Discussion Pointers Focus on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code as a key economic reform of the Government continues – given the constant progress of the constituents and juris prudence on the Code. It has provided the much needed unified legal framework to resolve insolvency and provide faster and efficient exit framework for corporates. The Code is being acknowledged as the biggest drive to put forward a robust legal framework and an effective institutional set-up for creditors and distressed businesses seeking an exit. The amendments now put the same at par with global laws. In an endeavor to facilitate better understanding of the intricacies of the Code and discuss newer challenges the law continues to throw up, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising a full day Conference titled ‘Roadmap for Effective Resolutions’ on Tuesday, 26 February 2019 at New Delhi.
