Our 34 specially designed meeting and conference suites host over 400 meetings for 2 to
500 delegates throughout the year, and the NEC’s spacious halls present you with a ‘blank
canvas’ for bespoke events for up to 5,000. Our expert team and fantastic support facilities
can help you fill that blank canvas however you like. Let your imagination flow freely!
We’ve got lots of outdoor space available too, including car parking for 16,500, open areas,
lakeside walks and woodlands. We’re perfectly located with convenient links by road, rail
and air bringing you and your people right to our doors. It’s easy to travel here and back
in comfort in a day - but you might choose to stay, because there’s so much to enjoy at the

With 34 specialist meeting and conference suites the NEC provides you with the ideal space for any meeting – and for any number of delegates.Interconnecting suites are available, so we can make your space as large or small as you want – and any shape or style too.

Get out and about – and explore!The NEC is the UK’s best connected events venue. Not just because of our superb road, rail and air links, but also because there’s so much on offer just minutes away. It’s just 10 minutes by train into Birmingham,
a city buzzing with life and fun, a fantastic blend
of places to eat and drink and more Michelin
starred restaurants than any other English city
outside London. Fabulous theatres, galleries,
museums, music, nightclubs and bars – and
over 1,000 shops in the city centre alone!
Warwick, with its wonderful castle, arts centre
and charming town centre is within a 25 minute
