Conference and meeting space at our venuesin leafy West Sussex.

Whether you would like to hire a meeting room for an hour or host aconference, we provide the essential facilities and services that you need. Our Chichester and Bognor Regis venues are halfway between Portsmouthand Brighton on the south coast and only an hour from London, with goodrail and road links.

You will find everything that you need on site, including catering and, frommid-June to September, residential accommodation. Both venues featurehistoric buildings alongside contemporary architecture. The recently-refurbished Dome building on the Bognor Regis Campus epitomises theblend of history and modernity that runs throughout the University; the building retains its classical Georgian architecture on the exterior, but houses a state-of-the-art business school.

Our Chichester venue is a short walk from the centre of the vibrantcathedral city that features a dynamic cultural and artistic scene. Entertainment options include theatres, art galleries, and restaurants. Our seaside venue in Bognor Regis is only a five-minute walk to the beach.

Our aim is to provide you with a hassle-free event organisation experience.

Choice of conference spacesWe offer a range of meeting, seminar, and networking rooms, all equipped with therequisite IT equipment. And some of our spaces are little bit different. Choose fromour dance, performance and music studios, theatre-style ShowRoom, modernChapel, Sports Hall, lecture theatres, dining halls, and bars.

CateringOur on-site caterers offer a choice of menu options, from working lunches to three-course meals, and can cater for special diets by arrangement.

Car parkingCar parking is available at both venues, including a number of disabled spaces.

Residential accommodationFrom mid-June to September, we offer a variety of residentialaccommodation in single study bedrooms. Choose from En-Suitebedrooms or Standard bedrooms with shared bathroom/showerfacilities. Delegates at our Chichester venue also have the choice of four-bedroom houses with shared facilities near the venue, and budget roomswith shared facilities approximately 10-minutes’ walk away. All of ourrooms include tea and coffee-making facilities and an English orcontinental breakfast served in the nearby Otters Restaurant. Quality inTourism inspect our rooms annually Tourism under their CampusAccommodation Star Rating Scheme. Wecurrently have a 3-Star rating for our En-Suiterooms and a 2-Star rating for the Standardrooms.

AccessOur venues provide access for delegates with impaired mobility. Accessible residentialaccommodation and facilities are availableon request and meet the Visit England M1 to M3 rating.
