Service. Mineola Civic Center and RV Park are located directly northeast of

the property. The five mile population is 9,400 with an average household

income of approximately $55,000.

Mineola is conveniently located between Dallas, Texas and Shreveport,

Louisiana on Highways 80 & 69. Mineola is 25 miles north of Tyler, 80 miles

east of Dallas and two hours west of Shreveport. The city is known as the

"Gateway to the Pines" and the "Birding Capital of East Texas". In 1989

Mineola was designated a "National Main Street City" and more than seven
