• The Israeli Occupation – Palestinians can’t drive to work, their economy is collapsed, they get shot, property is destroyed

• Intifada = Organized periods of terrorism and fighting by the Palestinians.
• The Palestinian leadership uses intifadas to call for increased violence against Israelis.

• EXTREMIST – a person who uses extreme violence to reach a goal.
