Learn to cook delicious Chinese cuisine! Dr. Ed McMahon will guide students of all ages and skill levels through four authentic dishes. McMahon has earned a certifi-cate from a Chinese Culinary school and has been cooking traditional Chinese cui-sine for over 20 years. Some recipes may have been taught in previous sessions.
