**You must have your child’s student ID number to create
your online account (printed on your child’s report card).
Privacy regulations forbid the school from sharing student identification numbers via
phone and/or e-mail. Parents/Guardians must visit the school and show a picture ID
to receive a copy of this identification number.

Your receipt is your ticket to the Fast Pass Line for laptop deployment and class schedules

Before a Hawk can try out for any athletic team, he/she must have a:
Completed Henrico County Middle School Physical Form dated AFTER May 1, 2012
*(This form is different from the Virginia High School League form)
Without this paperwork on the first day of tryouts,
student participation will be limited to observation only.
These forms can be picked up at any HCPS middle or high school.

We will distribute laptops to every Hawk who has met the following requirements:

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
STUDENT DROP-OFF & PICK-UP- School hours are from 8:05AM – 3:15 PM. Students are welcome on campus beginning at 7:45 AM. Until this time, they must remain in their parents’ care. Similarly, students should be picked up no later than 3:30 PM unless they are part of a school-sponsored program and have a parent permission form submitted NO LATER THAN THE END OF HOMEROOM for that day’s event. Students who do not submit a permission form in advance are welcome to return for the event with a parent escort. BUSES- Students should be reminded that appropriate behavior is expected from the time he/she leaves home, at the bus stop, at school, and upon re-entering their home in the afternoon. RIDING AN ALTERNATE BUS requires students to have a signed note from their parents indicating child’s name, alternate bus number and the full name of the student they are accompanying on the alternate bus. This note should be presented to the front office during homeroom prior to 8:35 am. **Note bus changes are not granted on half-days. BUS STOPS & TIMES will be posted on the front entrance glass the week prior to school for parent reference. A letter with your child’s bus stop location and times will also be distributed during “fee day” and on the first day of school. We will also have a Transportation Information Table in the bus lobby during “fee day” to answer your questions. WALKING/RIDING BIKES- Any student wishing to walk or ride a bike to and/or from school must have written parent permission on file in the front office.(form is posted on our website). Students who walk/ride bikes will be required to enter/exit through the front, main doors. Bikes should be locked up at the bike racks and are left at the owner’s risk.
