MAGNOLIA POINT WEDDING CEREMONY
Outdoor Venue Wedding Ceremony
Designed in simple elegance with a neutral palate to accommodate any bride and all color themes, the venue includes a pergola, stage and paver
walkway, with built-in twin water features and designer floral bowls. . .all surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.
This package includes a one hour outdoor wedding ceremony site, white
garden chairs, set-up, breakdown and a one hour rehearsal, which is customarily scheduled for the day preceding the
wedding. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony may be moved indoors to the reception area and may
be standing room only.
Indoor Wedding Ceremony
This package includes the completely renovated front entryway, lobby, restrooms and Magnolia Dining Room, featuring an eight foot crystal chandelier, a built-in dance floor, a silver pearl metal arbor and two
green potted plants.

Guarantees and Cancellations
A deposit of $1,000.00, as well as a signed contract, is required to guarantee the requested date. The deposit is non-refundable, unless you re-book the date at Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club within sixty days of the date of cancellation. In that case, the deposit will transfer.
If damage is found once the property has been inspected after the special event, an additional refundable damage deposit of $250.00 will be assessed to your credit card on file. If during the course of the event, accidental damage does occur, it should be reported immediately to a Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club employee so arrangements can be made for quick and un-interruptive cleanup and restitution. Damage to any room/space/furnishings and/or equipment by a client will result in appropriate charges, based on fair market cost of replacement/repair/additional cleaning to Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club property or equipment. If there is a cost factor attached to the incident, after discussion of damages, the price will be deducted from the deposit prior to refund with written disclosure of pricing.
The client may cancel this agreement, without cause, upon written notice to Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club, at any time prior to the event. Upon cancellation, payment to Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club of an amount based on the following scale is due:
If cancelled within 30 days of the Event: 100% of Total Rental Fee If cancelled within 31-60 days of the Event: 75% of Total Rental Fee If cancelled within 61-90 days of the Event: 50% of Total Rental Fee If cancelled within 90 days before Event: 25% of Total Rental Fee
The final menu selection is due one month prior to the event to ensure the availability of the desired menu items. A guaranteed guest count must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date. Our food best estimate (no alcohol) is payable in full at that time and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This guest count is the minimum number of guests that your event will be charged. If we do not receive a final count, we will charge according to your preliminary count. Pre-payment installments are welcome, as long as the final payment is received two weeks prior to the event. Any incidental or additional charges that occur on the date of the event will be due upon completion of the event. We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
Wedding Options for the Bride The wedding cake, groom’s cake, table favors, officiant, photographers, videographers, musicians, Dee Jays, floral and wedding planners will be booked by the bride and will be her sole responsibility. We do, however, reserve the right to control music volume and content. If the bride does not choose to have a wedding planner, there will be an additional $350.00 fee for our coordinator on the day of the wedding. Also available from local rental suppliers, at additional fees, are specialty tables and chairs, tents, canopies, trellises, arches, table linens, and/or chair covers with sashes.
Food and Beverage Guidelines All food and beverages consumed on site must be purchased through Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club, with the exception of “themed” desserts, such as wedding cakes, groom’s cake, and custom mints. Due to health regulations and company policy, buffet leftovers may not leave the premises. All Florida state liquor laws pertaining to minors, as well as consumption, will be enforced. Absolutely no alcohol may be brought on to the premises, nor can alcohol, purchased from the Club, leave the premises. Guests should be prepared to show valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest.
Liability The Client(s) cannot hold Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club, its board of Governors, staff and volunteers, liable from suit, actions, damages and expenses in connection with personal injury, illness, or property damage or theft resulting from the use of any facility at Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club.
Rules and Regulations Schedule: You may arrive at our facility no earlier than five hours prior to your
ceremony start time. You will need to vacate the premises no later than thirty minutes after your scheduled event or additional charges may apply.
Decorations: To avoid damage to our facility, we do not allow taping, tacking, or the attachment of any written material to walls or doors. Only fresh flower petals may be used on the paver walkway.
Optional Services The bride may select her favorite color palate for plantings in front of the paver
stage and in the floral bowls, with the venue floral package, at $300.00. A satellite bar with adult beverages (quote depends on selection of wine, beer,
liquor or signature cocktail) or seasonal soft beverages, including soda, sweet & unsweetened tea and lemonade at $1.25 per person.
The Tiki Torch package adds ambiance and supplemental lighting to sunset ceremonies at $50.00. Up lighting, in any color also available $50.00 each or four for $150.00.
Rope lighting the paver walkway and stage planting areas are an additional $50.00. Please ask about our additional rentals.
This agreement represents the full and complete understanding of Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club and the client(s), or client(s) representative, and supersedes any prior communications.
