Operator Display & Controller ConnectionsUsing a suitable 4 core screened cable the connections should be made as follows:

Operator Display Terminal A to Controller Terminal A2

Operator Display Terminal B to Controller Terminal B2

Operator Display Terminal P to Controller Terminal P2

Operator Display Terminal G to Controller Terminal G2

When the connections above and the field devices have all been connected then power can be switched on and the operator display will display

“ELESTA” Nr: 1 Compensator.

The controller will also initialise the software progamme and the status LEDs will be illuminated showing the current state of the inputs and outputs.

WARNING: POWER MuST NOT bE SWITCHED ON uNTIL THE OPERATOR DISPLAy AND CONTROLLER HAVE bEEN CONNECTED AS INDICATED AbOVE

NOTES:1. For retrofit the following existing sensors can be reused per controller.

Honeywell (Aquatrol 2000), JEL (MOC), Allen Martin (Odyssey), Trend IQ2XX, 10K3A1, Satchwell (CSMC etc).2. Pump outputs are control signals and should be used to energise the respective pump starters with

respect to the pump electrical current and voltage contact rating 230V - 4A.3. All inputs are to be wired in screened cable - the screen being earthed at the controller end only.4. Recommended sensors Thermokon.5. Recommended interface modules. For digital On/Off RX-RM1F. For digital drive open/close valves AX-RLC
