Action Play:
• 1.Meeting• We met our new little
friends, and asked them about their English and their preferences in it.
• 2. Repeating the numbers through game
• Every child received a candy, which contained a number from 1 to 12.They had to say the number and eat it after that =)
• 3. Studying several domestic animals
• The new notions that they should learn were: cat, dog, pig, cow, sheep, horse. After learning, they had to match the pictures of these animals with their names.
• 4. Combining the notions (numbers with animals)
• The children received pictures with a different number of studied animals on it. Their task was to choose the number and the animal which is represented on the picture.
• 5. Playing a game• The game consists of
repeating the movements and the words from the song:
• Hands up!!Hands up! Hands
down!Hands on hips, sit
down!Stand up, hands to the
sides-Bend left, bend right.Hands on hips,One, two, three, hop,One, two, three, stop.
Stand still!
• 6. Leave-taking• We discussed about
our lesson with children and took some photos with them.
Lesson Number 2
• Lesson in Kindergarten Nr. 4, Group Nr. 8
• Time: The 8th of April, 9:30-10:10• Place: Kindergarten Nr. 4, Group Nr. 8
(children of 4-6 years old)• Teachers: Tanas Maria, Popov Carolina
• 1. Meeting• We met children and
discussed about English language with them .
Action Play:
• 2. Learning the numbers
• We studied the numbers from 1 till 10 (firstly-orally, then repeated them from pictures).
• 4. Playing• Children
received a different number of sweets, they should count them and tell the quantity in English.
• 4. Learning 3 domestic animals
• The new words for them were : pig, dog, cat.
5. Playing the game “Guess what is it”
Children were divided in 3 groups. Each group received a picture with one animal. They had to imitate the creature without words. Other groups had to guess what is it.
• 6. Playing a game • The game consists
of repeating the movements and the words from the song:
• Hands up!! Hands up! Hands down! Hands on hips, sit down! Stand up, hands to the
sides- Hands on hips, One, two, three, hop, One, two, three, stop.
Stand still!
• 7. Leave-taking• After ending the
lesson, we discussed with children and took photos in common.
