CCOC GOAL

To transform children’s mental health services and sustain CCOC wraparound mental health services through a governance model grounded in collaboration with families and key county government agencies and CBOs.

• OBJECTIVE 2: Address the special needs of all ethnic communities.

Most Latino American, Hmong American, and rural mountain youth and families had difficulty accessing mental health services and were under-represented in service provision.
