Each Program Series is comprised of 14 sessions total:

• Two 30-minute individual Client Success Consults held on week 1 and week 8 that will help gauge your progress. Results will focus on smaller, individualized accomplishments.

• Twelve 1-hour, twice-a-week workouts held consecutively weeks 2 through 7. Each week incorporates a workout theme connected to the Success Consults.

Enrollment Options:• Monday/Wednesday 6pm - 7pm, first series starts January 9• Tuesday/Thursday 7pm - 8pm, first series starts January 10Program Series Cost: $540/M; $640/NM
