MCNC’s NCREN has performed well and proven capabilities:
• Higher than industry average uptime (99%) with 99.6%, over 115 sites
• NCREN monitoring staff has demonstrated aggressive resolution for loss-of-connectivity incidents, initiating contact with Telco, and following up with clients.

• Several LEAs recently upgraded to 250M circuits based on usage
• Funding will not be available for non-NCREN Internet circuits after June 30, 2013
