Logistics Connell Management LTD is a partnership focused on investing

diverse variety of securities including, however not limited to investments in equities (domestic & foreign), bonds, commodities and other securities that we believe are undervalued of promise significant potential for value appreciation.

The proceeds of this offering will be used for pooling funds for investment and funding the partnership’s investment strategies described under tittle “Investment Approach”.

The purchase price of the Limited Partnership Interests is payable via wire upon delivery of the Offering Memorandum and broker agreement.

The memorandum constitutes an offer of security. Therefore, the broker in receipt of the document agrees to not duplicate or furnish copies hereof, in whole or in part, to individuals other than the subscriber, investment or tax advisors, accountants or legal council (who in turn may use this information contained herein only for the purposes related to the offeree’s investment or possible future investments of partnership).

The memorandum does not constitute the offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation is not lawful, or in that the person making such offer or solicitation is not qualified to do so.

Subscribers note

Security The security offered is the liability of the trader covered by Close

Brothers Finance. The security is applicable to this agreement by covering the amount trading on tangible assets which are owned by Connell Management which is, with collective value of £3,000,000 is covered.

This Agreement shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or violations of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between You and Connell Management. This Agreement shall terminate upon your breach of any term contained in this Agreement. The disclaimers of warranties, damages and limitations shall survive the termination of this Agreement. This Agreement may only be modified by a written document that has been signed by Connell Management
