CONSERVATION

The majority of our work is conservation based. With our office located in the North Oxford Victorian Suburb Conservation Area, we have become experts at assisting clients to re-model and extend their properties whilst maintaining the status of the suburb as one of the most complete conservation areas in Britain.

Trinity Hall.Conservation Area

Trinity Hall was designed by renowned architect William Wilkinson. It suffered badly through being converted and used as student flats for over a decade.

The project involved complete refurbishment and considerable extension to the property to create a beautiful family home. Through extending at the lower ground floor and basement levels we were able to add a significant floor space to the property whilst retaining its stature within the Conservation Area.
