Riach Architects were commissioned to remodel, renovate and extend this substantial house located in the ‘North Oxford Victorian Suburb Conservation Area.’ An expansive glazed extension provides a seamless link between the house and the garden, affording the property an elegant, contemporary living space.

Trinity Hall.Conservation Area
Trinity Hall was designed by renowned architect William Wilkinson. It suffered badly through being converted and used as student flats for over a decade.
The project involved complete refurbishment and considerable extension to the property to create a beautiful family home. Through extending at the lower ground floor and basement levels we were able to add a significant floor space to the property whilst retaining its stature within the Conservation Area.
