12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS ON ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL(AND METHODSWHERE SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED) BEING USED IN THE COURSE OF THE WORK. PURCHASE OF ORTHE INSTALLATION OF MATERIALS OR SYSTEM PARTS SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL REVIEWED ANDAPPROVED SHOP DRAWINGS ARE RETURNED TO THE SUBMITTING CONTRACTOR.

13. MAINTENANCE: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SKILLED COMPETENT WORKERS WHO AREAUTHORIZED BY THE MANUFACTURER TO MAINTAIN AND SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT DURING THE 12MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD, INCLUDING REQUIRED WARRANTY MAINTENANCE AND ALL OTHERROUTINE MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, CLEANING, AND TESTING WHICH NORMALLY WOULD BE PROVIDEDBY A PRUDENT OWNER.

14. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE OR REPLACE ANY/ALL CEILING TILES DAMAGED AS REQUIRED FOR THEINSTALLATION, TESTING, OR COMMISSIONING OF THE BUILDING, PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF THEOWNER.

15. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL RIGGING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF 29 CFR1910, "OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS FOR GENERAL INDUSTRY" AND 29 CFR 1926,"OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION" AND ANSI/ASME.

16. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL WAREHOUSING, PERMITTING, STREET CLOSURES, NOTIFICATIONAND PROTECTION AS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DETERMINE THEREQUIRED NUMBER OF LIFTS FOR MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO BID.

17. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE RIGGING PLAN AND PROCEDURES TO BE USED FOR THEDURATION OF THE PROJECT. PROVIDE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS NOTICE TO THE OWNER PRIOR TOMOBILIZATION OF THE EQUIPMENT.

18. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE QUALIFIED OPERATORS AND RIGGERS TO PERFORM ALL ASPECTS OFTHE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE QUALIFICATIONS OF EACH RIGGER AND OPERATORUPON REQUEST BY THE OWNER.

19. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL UNISTRUT TO HANG ALL PIPING ON FLOORS THAT HAVE AMETAL ROOF DECK AS REQUIRED. COORDINATE WITH STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL CONTRACTDRAWINGS.
