PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. The Bidding Procedures Order. On November 6, 2015 the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order (I) Approving Bidding and Sale Procedures for Certain Mining Properties and Related Assets, (JI) Approving the Form and Manner of Notice of the Related Assumption and Assignment of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases and (III) Scheduling an Auction and Sale Hearing (Docket No. 855) (the "Bidding Procedures Order") approving, among other things, procedures for interested parties to submit bids (the "Bidding Procedures") to purchase certain of the Debtors' mining properties, assets and related infrastructure, as described in more detail on Annex A to the Bidding Procedures (collectively, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the "Assets" and, such schedule, the "Asset Schedule").

2. Updated Asset Schedule. On November 30, 2015, the Debtors updated the Asset Schedule (Docket No. 1011) to add additional Assets to be marketed and sold pursuant to the terms of the Bidding Procedure Order. A copy of the updated Asset Schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

3. Permit ·Schedule. Pursuant to paragraph 16 of the Bidding Procedures Order, the Debtors hereby are filing the list of permits associated with each of the Assets on the
