From our facility, we can ship anywhere in the world by way of truck, rail or marine. If your equipment is too large to be shipped in one piece, Roberts can field erect shop fabricated components wherever your facility is located.

From pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, towers, columns, piping and more, Roberts is capable of meeting any process equipment need. Our team specializes in stainless steel and exotic alloy fabrication. By using the latest in computer controlled, automated welding Roberts ensures consistent, high quality welds.

PROJECT CONTROLS, SCHEDULING AND ESTIMATING

Roberts has an experienced project controls department to ensure the projects we undertake are planned, tracked, executed and reported on with accurate and up to date information from project commencement through start-up. Utilizing our Earned Value (EV) approach, we are able to produce EV reports and provide analysis on project variances, trends, etc. and make recommendations for recovery and impact mitigation as needed. We also provide consulting and oversight services of EV reporting for customers, assessing the accuracy and value of information provided to ensure our clients have the ability to make the most effective business decisions. Our estimating, cost and scheduling systems, both software-based and knowledge-based, enable us to be faster, more efficient and more accurate. Using our approach to change control/management allows Roberts to provide fast and reliable estimates, giving our clients the tools to understand the cost implication and/or potential opportunities for their projects.
