A b o u t H o P P t ®

Established in 1975, HOPPT® started off in the business of repairing and machining, manufactured our first Concrete Vibrator, before moving on to become a small manufacturer of mould bases and its components, as well. Over time, HOPPT® has grown into a reputable manufacturer with several business lines being - HOPPT® Mould Bases, OEM Elevators’ Components with Assemblies, HOPPT® Light-Weight Construction Equipment and various Long-Term Sub-Contracting Manufacturing Co-Operations. HOPPT® has its network established worldwide with business partners in over 90 countries.

From repairing of concrete vibrators to manufacturing our first HOPPT® Concrete Vibrator in 1978, it made us the first and only manufacturer of light construction equipment from Singapore. We are the first Asian brand (excluding Japan) to build the tamping rammer as well - an equipment which requires in-depth engineering expertise. Understanding the equipment and the issues faced by the users are what fuelled the new designs and improvements on our equipment. HOPPT® seeks to provide innovative solutions to all our customers.

Apart from continuously improving our people, constant research and development efforts are placed on our processes and products as well. PHoPPt® rAM60B and rAM70c are new additions to the rammer’s range: Powered by the new roBin® er12 @ 2.6kW (3.5hp) 4-Stroke Petrol engine, specially engineered for rammers.

PThey are well-balanced, light-weight and powerful to exert maximum power for the most demanding jobs efficiently. it is also fitted with a Triple Air-Filter System to prevent particulate matter (PM) from entering the engine’s cylinder for cleaner fuel to prolong engine life.

They comes in two variations : heavy-duty (Hd) and light-weight (LW).

PHeAVY-DutY (HD) blades are made of internally-reinforced extruded aluminium, assuring stiffness and rigidity for a level slab up to 6.0 metre. Weight of these blades is 4.7 kg/m. Blade width of 5.5 and 6.0 metre require 2 power-units. End-caps on each side of the blade prevent stripes and ridges on the surfaces.

PHoPPt® offers two variant of concrete screed machines that enable professionals to – literally and figuratively – go any way they want. They are light, yet robust and easy to handle; therefore, manoeuvring is simple. The equipment guarantee maximum reliability and high productivity. The result? Perfectly-levelled, flat floors; regardless of how small or big, the surfaces are.

PHoPPt® DuoscreeD is an equipment which, due to an unique Reversable Blade system, can be used as a vibrating beam for form-to-form screeding as well as a wet screed (no guiding rails) for levelling and bull floating. it allows compaction up to 10 cm. With the vibrating aluminium profile of the duoScreed, the top layer of freshly-poured concrete is compacted, levelled and smoothened in one operation. It comes in 2 components for easy transportation.

1. tHe PoWer unit is equipped with a Quick-Disconnect System, which allows attachment of various blade widths within a few minutes (no tools required). It can easily be rotated 180°, to allow the operator to screed on forms/rails or for changing to wet screeding.

2. tHe BLADe sYsteM with specially-designed end-caps on each side of the blades to prevent stripes and ridges on the surface. The centrifugal force is adjustable in 3 positions to suit the different blade widths and concrete consistency.

HoPPt® Wet screeD HAL200BHOPPT® WET SCrEEd HAl200B is a bullfloat for levelling freshly-poured concrete floors, without using guiding rails for maximum efficiency.

The bullfloat comes with 3 extension handles to give a maximum reach of 4.5 meter. It consists of a trowel blade produced from a specially-designed hollow section alloy extrusion with convex-profiled sole. It is also designed to reduce time spent in levelling and economic finishing of large areas of concrete, with a blade pitch control for easy forward and backward movement.
