Currently, the foundation and pilling works are being carriedout at the site and are expected to be completed by

January 2016. As of end-December 2015, we have

completed 73.5% of piling work.

PILING WORK OF BUILDING B PILE CAP EXCAVATION WORKSince the completion of piling works for Building A, Pile Cap Excavation Work has commenced to provide a stable foundation. Pile Cap is the starting point of all footing (foundation) related works.

Piling work of Building A was completed and piling work ofBuilding B has commenced. Overall piling work of Building A andB is 73.5% complete.

PILE CAP SOIL COMPACTION (BUILDING A) LEAN CONCRETE WORK (BUILDING A)

After excavation and soil compaction, the foundation isprepared with Lean Concrete for Pile Cap Reinforcement.

After excavation, compaction is properly carried out on the soil. We have also started on the soil survey work before commencing with Lean Concrete Work as an additional safety measure.

PILE CAP REINFORCEMENT WORK (BUILDING A) FORM WORK (BUILDING A)

Erection of Pile Cap Form Work has started.While piling at Building B is smoothly underway, installation of Pile Cap Reinforcement at Building A is also in good progress.

SAFETY PRACTICE ACTIVITIES

Regular safety briefings are held on site, where safety shoes,uniforms and helmets are distributed to workers.

CUSTOMERS SITE VISIT EVENTOur customers were also invited to visit our construction siteby our engineers, in order to gain a better understanding ofconstruction progress.

On 19th December 2015, valued customers were invited to oursales gallery, where they were offered refreshments and briefedon current construction progress and activities.
