Prior to construction, The Dunes beachfront site was a blank slate on the north shore of Providenciales and located within a community of luxury villas, most of which have a history of impressive rental performance in the short term villa rental market. Current market values of villas in this area range from $2.95M to $5.69M, confirming the value and the development potential of the area. The above pictures, taken on February 23, 2015, show that construction of the first Dunes villa is well on its way - with basement, foundation, exterior walls, swimming pool and infrastructure all in place. A portion of the landscaping will begin shortly to enable growth and maturity at completion. Re-forming of the dune to create the private beach off the terrace has already been started. To the east of The Dunes there are currently two private residences under construction. Both have earlier completion dates, mitigating the potential for disturbance during occupancy of the first Dunes villa.With the scarcity of prime beachfront land in Providenciales and the upswing in demand for short term villa rentals, The Dunes is posed to achieve and deliver a new standard in high quality serviced villas, combining contemporary styling with sophisticated and elegant interiors.
