The above pictures, taken on February 23, 2015, show that construction of the first Dunes villa is well on its way - with basement, foundation, exterior walls, swimming pool and infrastructure all in place. A portion of the landscaping will begin shortly to enable growth and maturity at completion. Re-forming of the dune to create the private beach off the terrace has already been started. To the east of The Dunes there are currently two private residences under construction.
