Construction Update Week o December 7, 2009Men o Gamma,

Greetings men! I realize it has been a month and a hal since the last newsletter but believe me,there has been no shortage o progress. Since my last newsletter, we have nally received ourbuilding permit and have begun reconstruction in earnest. You will see by the photos throughout,we have not only started rising rom the ground but the historic chapter house is also beginning to

take shape.

Te majority o the action has occurred in three key areas; the oundation o the new addition, theinterior raming o the new suites in the chapter house, and utility work. Right now you can standin our uture multi-purpose basement and start to envision uture gatherings where alumni andactives join together and celebrate our common bonds. You can walk the ramed corridors o ourhistoric house and envision the great common space that has been created to bring our memberscloser in riendship. You can stand in the area o our uture Alumni errace and realize our housewill be the envy o all other raternities on campus.

With those words I will show you the progress through photos but remind you that our work as Alumni is not complete. We are still short o our undraising goals and we are looking oryour help. We have various options or your involvement including tax ree donations to the

oundation, simple gi s o any value, pledges spread out over months or years, or thepurchase o notes to support our immediate needs.

Our bank nancing is in place, our contractor is hard at work and now we need you tohelp at whatever level possible! Please think about being a part o our campaign and giveback to the house that has hope ully given you memories and bonds or li e.
