Position Title: Consultant
Description of Role: Provide consultancy services to clients
Reporting To: Principal Consultant and Managing Director
Responsibilities: Project Consultant § Liaise with potential clients to develop leads and proposals based
upon a clear understanding of client’s needs and the required scope of work
§ Liaise with existing clients to manage delivery of projects according to agreed project plans and client expectations
§ Perform business research and assessment (both survey and secondary desktop research)
§ Problem formulation and analysis § Strategic analysis § Create financial models § Business model development and evaluation in MS Excel or other
appropriate software § Perform market, customer, competitor and cost analysis § Provide clients with insights based on business research and
analysis through detailed reports § Preparation of client reports and presentations in MS Office or
other appropriate software Project Coordinator § Project management, including preparation of project plans
(monitoring consulting and analyst hours usage to budget) and budget reconciliation
§ Cashflow management, liaise with the Practice Manager regarding issuing of invoices
§ Coordination of consultant team meetings, including direct liaison with other consultants and analysts, meeting agendas and minutes
Salary Package: Base Salary Range $65,000 -$75,000 per annum
Access to a performance-based bonus Superannuation 9.5% per annum Education Allowance (for approved education) Laptop and Mobile Phone Onsite parking
