Position Title: Consultant Description of Role: Provide consultancy services to clients Reporting To: Principal Consultant and Managing Director Responsibilities: Project Consultant Liaise with potential clients to develop leads and proposals based upon a clear understanding of client’s needs and the required scope of work Liaise with existing clients to manage delivery of projects according to agreed project plans and client expectations Perform business research and assessment (both survey and secondary desktop research) Problem formulation and analysis Strategic analysis Create financial models Business model development and evaluation in MS Excel or other appropriate software Perform market, customer, competitor and cost analysis Provide clients with insights based on business research and analysis through detailed reports Preparation of client reports and presentations in MS Office or other appropriate software Project Coordinator Project management, including preparation of project plans (monitoring consulting and analyst hours usage to budget) and budget reconciliation Cashflow management, liaise with the Practice Manager regarding issuing of invoices Coordination of consultant team meetings, including direct liaison with other consultants and analysts, meeting agendas and minutes Salary Package: Base Salary Range $65,000 -$75,000 per annum Access to a performance-based bonus Superannuation 9.5% per annum Education Allowance (for approved education) Laptop and Mobile Phone Onsite parking JOB DESCRIPTION
