This was my leap of faith into the unknown, my initial contract as a SOX Audit Consultant. I was part of a team that tested 189 SOX critical Applications for each of the major IT Controls. We were done in 11 weeks.

This Wilmington based internet bank hired me to create their IT Policies and Procedures Manual. They needed this documentation to remediate SOX issues. The CIO liked the manual and asked me to update the Customer Service Helpdesk Policies and Procedures.During the second half of my stay, Interactive asked me to perform SOX testing for the Bank’s upcoming audit.
