These are things which are purchase not every week but more than once a month. These are items like clothing, inexpensive appliance, restaurants ect. However it is worth noting that it is very dependent on what your income is for some things in the limited decision making e.g people on relatively high incomes wont worry about going out but people on low incomes going out would be considered a special occasion so all things have to be put into perspective.
