G3 CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPSG3.1 NO ITEMS CONTAINED IN THESE DRAWINGS, OR ANY FUTURE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SHALL

CREATE ANY CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR AND ENTOS DESIGN.

G4 BIDDINGG4.1 PRIOR TO THE BID, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL EXAMINE THE SITE AND PORTIONS

THEREOF WHICH WILL AFFECT THE WORK AND SHALL COMPARE IT TO THE DRAWINGS AND BESATISFIED AS TO THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED. THE GENERALCONTRACTOR SHALL AT SUCH TIME ASCERTAIN AND VERIFY CONDITIONS AND LOCATIONS OFTHE EXISTING H.V.A.C. AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.

G4.2 CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ENTOS DESIGN IN WRITING OF ANY VARIATIONS ORDISCREPANCIES FROM THE EXISTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE BID. THESUBMISSION OF A BID WILL BE CONSTRUED AS EVIDENCE THAT SUCH AN EXAMINATION HASBEEN MADE AND LATER CLAIMS FOR LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND/OR MATERIAL REQUIRED, ORFOR DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN FORESEEN, WILL NOT BERECOGNIZED.

G4.3 ALL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTSSHALL BE DIRECTED TO ENTOS DESIGN IN A WRITTEN FORMAT. ALL (RFI'S) SHALL BE SUBMITTEDWITHIN (1) WEEK OF BIDS BEING DUE, U.N.O.

G4.4 PROVIDE A COST TO CONSTRUCT THE WORK INDICATED HEREIN. COST SHALL INCLUDE PERMIT,MATERIALS, LABOR (INCLUDING OVERTIME), OVERHEAD, PROFIT AND TAXES.

G4.5 WITHIN (5) DAYS FROM AWARD OF CONTRACT, CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ENTOS DESIGN,IN WRITING, AS TO ALL CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ALL SUBCONTRACTORS.

G4.6 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE IN WRITING IN THE BID, THAT THEY HAVEREAD AND REVIEWED THESE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS IN THEIR ENTIRETY , INCLUDING ALLINFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS COVERSHEET.

G5 SUBSTITUTIONSG5.1 WHERE A SPECIFIC ITEM HAS BEEN SPECIFIED, AN EQUAL OR BETTER PRODUCT OF ANOTHERMANUFACTURER MAY BE USED UPON REVIEW AND WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE BY ENTOS DESIGN. IT ISMANDATORY THAT SUCH REVIEW BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO BIDDING OR THE SUBSTITUTION WILL NOT BECONSIDERED. ANY SUCH PROPOSED SUBSTITUTION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO ENTOS DESIGN WITH ALLAPPROPRIATE MANUFACTURER'S SAMPLES, DATA AND LITERATURE. ENTOS DESIGN WILL NOTIFYCONTRACTOR IN WRITING AS TO IT'S ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO ITEMSNOTED AS "OR EQUAL".G5.2 SUBSTITUTIONS MAY BE PRESENTED BY THE CONTRACTOR AS AN ELECTED ALTERNATE FORAPPROVAL BY ENTOS DESIGN. CONTRACTOR SHALL IDENTIFY REASON FOR SUGGESTED ALTERNATE.UNDER NO CONDITION WILL IT BE MANDATORY TO ACCEPT THE ALTERNATE. G6 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULEG6.1 PRIOR TO BEING GIVEN NOTICE TO PROCEED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE AND SUBMITTO ENTOS DESIGN A PRELIMINARY PROGRESS SCHEDULE OF WORK IN CHART FORMAT.G6.2 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING PERMITS FOR ALL PHASES OF WORK ASREQUIRED BY FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL LAW, U.N.O.

G7 SUBMITTALSG7.1 WITHIN TEN (10) WORKING DAYS FROM AWARD OF THE CONTRACT, CONTRACTOR SHALLSUBMIT A DETAILED SHOP DRAWING SUBMITTAL AND SAMPLE SCHEDULE TO OWNER'SREPRESENTATIVE.G7.2 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR ALL FABRICATED ITEMS INCLUDINGMECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, CUT SHEETS FOR ALL FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, ANDSAMPLES OF ALL FINISHES TO OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TOTIMELY ORDERING. G8 CLAIMS FOR ADDITIONAL COSTSG8.1 IF THE CONTRACTOR WISHES TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR AN INCREASE IN THE CONTRACT SUM, HESHALL GIVE THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE WRITTEN NOTICE WITHIN SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS OFSAID OCCURRENCE GIVING RISE TO SUCH A CLAIM. THIS NOTICE SHALL BE GIVEN BY THECONTRACTOR BEFORE PROCEEDING TO EXECUTE THE WORK, EXCEPT IN AN EMERGENCYENDANGERING LIFE OR PROPERTY. ANY CHANGE IN THE CONTRACT SUM RESULTING FROM CLAIMSHALL BE AUTHORIZED BY A WRITTEN CHANGE ORDER APPROVED BY THE OWNER.

G9 CLARIFICATIONSG9.1 ALL REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS SHALL BE DIRECTED TOENTOS DESIGN IN WRITING AND ENTOS DESIGN WILL RESPOND IN THE FORM OF CLARIFICATIONDRAWINGS AND/OR WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE.

G10 WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALSG10.1ALL WORK SHALL BE DONE IN THE FINEST QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP MANNER IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR CONSTRUCTION, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION FOR EACHTRADE, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. USE ONLY NEW AND HIGHEST QUALITY MATERIALS CONSISTENTWITH SPECIFICATIONS INDICATED.G10.2WORK SHALL INCLUDE ALL LABOR ASSEMBLIES AND FINISH WORK WITH ALL PARTS ANDMATERIALS NECESSARY TO MAKE A COMPLETE, IN-PLACE, PROPERLY WORKING AND FINISHEDINSTALLATION REGARDLESS IF SHOWN ON DRAWINGS OR NOT.

G11 DOCUMENTATION AT SITEG11.1CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN ON SITE, ONE RECORD COPY OF THE DRAWINGS,SPECIFICATIONS, ADDENDA, CHANGE ORDERS, AND OTHER MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONTRACTDOCUMENTS. ALL MODIFICATIONS ARE TO BE MARKED ON THE RECORD COPY TO ENSURE ALLTRADES ARE AWARE OF ALL CHANGES MADE DURING CONSTRUCTION.G11.2CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP ON SITE A COMPLETE SET OF APPROVED SUBMITTALS INCLUDINGALL FINISH SAMPLES.

G12 COMPLETIONG12.1WHEN CONTRACTOR IS NEARING COMPLETION, HE SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER'SREPRESENTATIVE IN WRITING. THE REPRESENTATIVE WILL SCHEDULE A WALK THROUGH TO INSPECTTHE PROJECT AREA AND WILL PREPARE A FINAL PUNCH LIST OUTLINING INCOMPLETE ORUNACCEPTABLE WORK. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE ALL PUNCH LIST ITEMS WITHIN TWO (2)WEEKS OF RECEIPT OF PUNCH LIST. THE PROJECT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL ALLITEMS ON THE PUNCH LIST HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AND ALL PROJECT CLOSE OUT DOCUMENTATIONHAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE OWNER IN THE REQUESTED QUANTITIES.
