Award of this contract will enable ESC Region 19 Purchasing Cooperative members and ESC Region 19 to utilize the food and catering services from the recommended vendors when required during the contract period. All vendors recommended for award have provided proper food handling permits, food handler cards, menus, pricing, discounts, insurances, and workers compensation. All vendors being recommended for award scored 9 or above out of a possible 10 utilizing 40% pricing, 30% references, and 30% proof of insurances and required permits.

Smokeys Pit Stop – We would need at least two days’ notice for a delivery and 1 week in advance for catering.
Super Chef, Inc. – set-up and delivery is 1 hour before event, the number of servers varies according to group size and menu being served. Serving time is normally one hour for groups of 150 or less and 1 ½ hours for groups larger than 150 people.

Grub Street Food Grill – No charge for cancellation within 24 hours, order changes – 24 hours, menu changes – 48 hours, people attending – 24 hours, Items not on menu – 24 hours.

Jason’s Deli – Jason’s Deli managers will work to accommodate last minute changes.
Off the Grill – cancellations 7 day written notice, menu changes, people attending and items not included 3 days’ notice
Subway, dba Lonche, Inc. – 24 hour cancellation notice is preferred, with menu changes or order can be handled if given little time. There is no problem with the changing of number of attendees. Will provide non menu items if we can get them locally.
Smokeys Pit Stop – Order changes and cancellations need to be made at least one day in advance
Super Chef, Inc. – cancellations require 72 hours’ notice for groups more than 100 people. Menu changes 48 hours, people attending 24 hours or items not included on menu provided. (Menu changes or adds on)
