COMPETITION INFORMATIONThe deadline for the return of this form is the 8th October 2017. There is no guarantee entry forms entered after this date will be accepted for the competition.Each participant will be required to supply minimum of two 500ml bottles. We will accept no larger than 750ml, and standard amber beer bottles are preferred. Beers will be judged and the winners of each category will be notified before the finalists bottles are judged on the Sunday 29 th October. All awards to be presented on the Sunday. You are encouraged to attend and bring your beer for others to try.The £5 entry fee needs to be paid before the submission deadline for beers to be judged. This can be via cash or card in the bar or over the phone.All beers will be judged blind, and scores can be requested after the competition. Beer should be delivered by the 27 th October latest.
AGREEMENT
By signing this form you agree that all the information above is correct and true. You agree to supply the entered beer no later than the 27nd of October. The top prize to brew the recipe in the brewery may be altered depending on availability of ingredients at the time. Briarbank reserve the right to refuse any beers entered.
