Welcome… On behalf of The Original Michigan Lavender Festival, we would like to welcome you to join us in sponsoring our 17th annual event, July 11 – 13, 2019. Event highlights include a three-day festival featuring over 150 artisans of unique, Made-in-Michigan products; a series of free classes, workshops and demonstrations centered around lavender, and farm tours where guests can pick fresh bundles of lavender –the grandmother of herbs. Tens of thousands of visitors will join us, and we’d love for you to be a part of it. In the summer of 2002, we started this event with a humble objective in mind – to increase awareness of the many health benefits of lavender, and the locally made products that we had grown to love. We invited a few local artisans to participate because our passion has always been to support our community. The feedback was tremendous, and the event has continued to grow over the years. In 2004, we hosted our first “outdoor” event where over 700 people attended, even in the pouring rain. These humble beginnings have fueled us to continue hosting this unique event. Not much of our vision has changed since the beginning, except that we have grown by leaps and bounds. The vision of the Michigan Lavender Festival is to increase awareness and interest in lavender, increase agri-tourism and the support of Michigan-made goods, services, and the businesses that make our state a great place to live. To bring continued economic benefits to the Great Lake State is the main focus of this vision. We invite you to partner with us as we celebrate our 17th annual Michigan Lavender Festival this July. With over 40,000 people expected to attend this year’s event, the exposure and excitement that will surround the festival is sure to offer an excellent opportunity for your business. We were extrememly grateful and humbled to have had over 20,000 ticketed attendance last year and look forward to increasing attendance to a record number this summer. Please review the following pages in order to familiarize yourself with this high-profile community event. Our intent is to develop a mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationship. We would be happy to offer a sponsorship package to meet the specific needs and budget of your business. Thank you for your consideration,

Jennifer
