Bidders should review Document 00210 – Supplementary Instructions to Bidders - to de-termine whether the contract will be a City Street and Bridge Construction or Improvement Contract which requires a current Certificate of Responsibility filed with the Director of Public Works and Engineering no later than three business days prior to Project Bid Date.
