During an operations planning meeting, information regarding a planned outage on 5L72 was disclosed to a marketing function employee prior to the information being posted publicly. Immediately upon discovery the outage was publicly posted within 10 minutes of the disclosure. 5L72 does not impact TTC directly.

Information regarding potential non-firm transmission capacity of up to 500 MW on Path 3, the BC / US Intertie, which may be available as early as February 1 2016, was disclosed to marketing function employees.
