What Will Conversion Be Like?
• Goal is to move all sites to CMS system• Recruitment pages will be first priority for
assistance• Web authors can move sites over to CMS and
new look• Old site will be archived for one year• Will be training through CETL and Web Comm
When Will This Happen?
• What we know now– Omni is beginning to code our templates – Omni anticipates about three months for template
coding and testing– Training will then happen for web team– Training will be scheduled for web authors– New permission forms will be submitted– Possibility of phased approach
