ENTECHMACH Research-and-Production Company LLC is located in Saint-Petersburg and has been in successful operation in the market of power engineering for 20 years.
The main activity of the ENTECHMACH RPC LLC is the upgrading of turbo-compressor equipment for chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industries to imrpove of parameters of centrifugal compressors, as well as reliability, service life extension and reduction of specific energy consumption.
ENTECHMACH RPC LLC solves the scientific problems of increasing the efficiency of compressorssuccessfully by improving the flow parts of stages, as well as the problems of improving the aerodynamicand thermal characteristics of the intermediate air coolers with water and air cooling.

ENTECHMACH RPC LLC has been the member society of the International Academyof Refrigeration (IAR) and the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce since 2006.

ENTECHMACH RPC LLC has its own production facilites located in the Vsevolozhsk district of Leningrad region, 10 kilometers from the Ring Road. There are three modern work shops on its territory, and it is also planned to expand the production capacities.

Turbo-compressor units revamping of turbomachinery is carried out for the purpose of energy savings, increase of compressor parameters (capacity and discharge pressure), service life extension and improvement of reliability. When revamping ENTECHMACH RPC LLC usually uses an integrated approach, so the compressor, intercoolers, the increasing gear, the automated control sysmem and protection, as well as the service equipment are reconstructed, and a full repair of the driver turbine is produced. Additionally, upon the client`s request the air filtration system can be reconstructed.
Prior to revamping the specialists of ENTECHMACH RPC LLC make a survey of the unit under the special program that includes the gas-dynamic and thermal testing to find out the technical condition of the compressor, driver turbine and service equipment. To calculate the the compressor flowpath and the gas-dynamic characteristics the company uses its own data base of experimental data on highly effectivemodel stages of centrifugal compressors with radial and axial-radial impellers, blade and no-blade diffusers.
The design of new minor components of compressors, turbines, increasing gear and heat exchangers is performed by the Engineering Service using the software package, which has 3D modeling as the basis.
The production of the revamped turbine components is made mainly at the production department owned by ENTECHMACH RPC LLC, which is located in 3 major manufacturing workshops. The revamped unit is delivered accompanied by the repair documentation that includes the repair drawings, machine repair form, certificates for materials, and maps of the critical parts measurements.

METAL MAGNETIC MEMORY METHODIt combines the capabilities of non-destructive testing, fracture mechanics and general metallurgy.The main advantages are as follows:
• It does not require special magnetizers;• The stress points, which are unknown in advance are to be determined in control process;• It does not require special control surface preparations;• small size of MMM devices.
The main objective of the method is determination of areas and points containing stress zones.After that the specific defects are determined by the penetrant inspection, ultrasonic testing, magneticparticle testing, etc.
ULTRASONIC THICKNESS MEASUREMENTIt is used to determine the thickness of the walls of equipment, which is exposed to corrosive and erosive wear in the continuous service.It is conducted by the ultrasonic thickness tester BULAT-1M («БУЛАТ-1М»).
CONTROL OF METAL HARDNESSAfter considering the results of hardness control there is a measurement of the metal mechanical properties change.The control is conducted by the portable hardness tester of 54-459M, 54-359M type.

CONTROL OF METAL MICROSTRUCTURE CHANGEDetermination of changes in the metal structure during continuous operation by the method of metallographic replicas on polished areas of 30x30 mm. The research is conducted at steady-state conditions on an optical microscope, such as MIKROMED MET with a CANON set of visualization, which allows to make the full metallographic analysis of metals in the laboratory conditions without specimen cut-offs.
