As the key components of the solar collector, the evacuated tube is a product that is optimized in geometry and performance.

The tubes are composed of two concentric glass tubes which in each case are half spherically closed on one side and fused together on the other side.

The gap between the tubes is evacuated and afterwards hermetically plugged (vacuum Insulation).

In order to make solar power usable, the internal glass tube is provided on itsexternal surface with an environmentally friendly, highly selective layer and isthus designed as an absorber.

This coating is thus protected within the vacuum gap. It is an aluminum nitritesputter layer which is characterised by very low emission and very good absorption.

The Pressurised thermoslphon system specialised in its dual innertanks-enamel SPCC tank which stores the water for customers' dailyuse and stainless steel SUS304-2B tank which stores the cycle water to transfer the heat was designed by German professional technic expert. It combines the advantages of traditionalChinese thermoslphon system and German high level Pressurisedsystem know-how to provide more comfort. DOMESTIC HOT WATER SYSTEM

The domestic hot water system is an active two loop system circulated bya pump with a controller. For this kind of system, the storage tank is separated with collectors. The collector is perfectly integrated on the roofor out of the window of the building, whereas the storage tank is installedinside the room. The piping between main components is made of copperwith high-temperature resistance insulation materials wrapped outside.

There are two types of this system. One is active system circulated by apump with controller. The other type is passive system circulated by thedifference of temperature and height between the tank and collector. Both of them have Pressurised tanks.

Domestic hot water system can provide hot water for 2 to 10 people, whilethe size of tank and collector area depend on the Individual requirement ofthe customer and the climate data at the place of installation.

The solar station is a pre-assembled and completely sealed unit for using in solar thermal system. It is installedin the return flow line (cold side) of the solar circuit only.The flow in the solar circuit can be adjusted at the flowmeter in combination with the pumps stage. After finishing the installation of the complete solar system, including solar station, storage tank, solar controller and all necessary safety devices, the solar cir-cuit has to be rinsed thoroughly with suitable equipment. We recommend using the Solar Pacific filling and rinsingstation for the initial start up process.

SPACE HEATING SYSTEM

Space Heating for every unit Space heating system cannot be designed and installed for each house. Large

scale project should be designed. One of the problems of such system is how to utilise the heat the project

gathered in summer time. As the hospital, hospital, school, hotel will use hot water all year round, the space

heating project can be combined with such sites to consume the extra heat in summer. Solar space heating

adopts the same principle of hot water collection. And the heated water will be used for space heating or

floor heating. Also the Pressurised or non Pressurised system can be used.
