This issue affects some, but not all, of the orders for 2019 model year vehicles placed since roughly June 2018. Any Authorized User that may be affected is urged to take the following steps:

1. Contact the dealership through which you placed the order, to determine if your order was cancelled. 2. If your order was cancelled, please send an email to [email protected] to inform OGS.

3. If your order was cancelled, OGS will of course assist with a replacement Mini-Bid. Please be aware

that the 2020 model year vehicles are not expected to begin production until June 2019, and will be a new body style with a significant price increase.

CONTRACT NO.: ALL CONTRACTOR: ALL The New York State Office of General Services and the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) are organizing an aggregate purchase of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) to help lower purchase costs and support reductions in emissions. It is anticipated that the purchase will be for Chevrolet Volts, which have an all-electric range of 53 miles before the gasoline engine kicks in, giving it the flexibility of operating like a traditional gasoline vehicle. The Chevrolet Volt can be charged by any 120 or 240 volt charging station, which will not be included in the aggregate purchase and must be obtained separately. The vehicle price will be determined by a mini-bid conducted through the existing New York State Vehicle Marketplace, and all authorized users may participate. Orders are due by May 31st, 2016 and delivery of the vehicles is expected in fall of 2016. CONTRACT NO.: All CONTRACTORS: All Effective November 1 2015, the Form B: Mini-Bid Response forms completed by Contractors when submitting a Mini-Bid response have been updated to reflect the annual CPI adjustment to the Delivery Allowance Schedule, as detailed in Contract Section III.3.1 Delivery Allowance Schedule. The updated forms are located on the Vehicle Marketplace website at http://www.vehicles.nyspro.ogs.ny.gov/content/vehicle-dealer-information. When reviewing Mini-Bid results provided by OGS in response to a Mini-Bid, and determining award, Authorized Users are reminded to verify that the Delivery Charge included on a Mini-Bid response is equal to or less than the Delivery Allowance listed in the Delivery Allowance Schedule for the applicable Region. A response to a Mini-Bid that includes a Delivery Charge that exceeds the Delivery Allowance shall be rejected.
