C.P. Hart Contracts is a division of C.P. Hart dedicated to building and refurbishment projects,

from luxury apartments through to hotels and commercial developments. Working directly with

architects, interior designers and builders, C.P. Hart Contracts offers a service from conception

through specification and costing to project management and aftercare. A bespoke service,

tailored to your needs.

HOTELS

C.P.Hart Contracts works with international hotel businesses with major London hotels and small

boutique hotels operated by individual entrepreneurs. If scale and standardisation are required, we have

a wider product range and greater buying power for designer ranges than almost anyone.

If every space needs its own character and charm, we have experience creating unique bathrooms

for award-winning hotels.

RESIDENTIAL

Covering redevelopment and new build, single properties and entire estates, C.P. Hart Contracts manages

bathroom projects from ten rooms to over a hundred. We work closely with the developer on timescales

and budget, and follow through on contract completion with snagging issues and aftercare.

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Every commercial development has a different set of challenges. Logistics, regulations and budget

can matter as much as design or product specification. The development team may be large, and

it is essential that the developer works with a supplier that can handle the complexities of project

management and effective communication. The Contracts team has huge experience in addressing

these challenges.

SHOwROOMS & MEETINg ROOMS

Our flagship showroom in Waterloo is considered by

many bathroom designers to be the best showroom in

the UK..Many of the latest collections from international

designers such as Jaime Hayon, Ross Lovegrove and

Marcel Wanders are only available from C.P. Hart. In

total we have 12 showrooms and a number of affinity

dealers around the country. All feature full room-set

displays and working products.

And, of course, there are meeting rooms in our

showrooms, so we can sit down to discuss your project

at a location that suits you, with products, information

and displays on hand.

PRODUCT SOURCINg

All C.P. Hart bathrooms are available to Contracts clients – from entry-level through to the individual creations of the industry’s leading designers.

And, of course, with our buying power (we hold over £4m worth of inventory at any one time), the longstanding relationships we have with the world’s leading bathroom designers, and own-brand products which are manufactured to C.P. Hart’s specifications, we can ensure that you meet your budget and project management targets.

We also challenge every manufacturer to meet our own performance criteria for bathroom products. We don’t just rely on pre-determined industry standards.

STAgED DELIVERy

With £4M worth of bathroom inventory at our central distribution unit in Dartford, and our own fleet, we deliver C.P. Hart products where you need them, when you need them.

Products are delivered by our own drivers. So deliveries aren’t just packages, they are products. Our drivers know what is fragile, how it needs to be handled and where it needs to go.

We don’t just deliver everything in one go and leave you to store things and sort them out. We’ll work with your project managers to devise a staged delivery plan that works best for your site and your programme, including intelligent labelling if required, making receipt of goods so much easier

TECHNICAL SERVICES & PROjECT MANAgEMENT

We know the importance of sub-contractors meeting promises and commitments, so that your overall project moves forward on time, on budget.

At C.P. Hart we’ll work with you right from the start to ensure we fully understand the requirements of the contract. We’ll also study your plans and identify and resolve any bathroom-related technical issues that we anticipate.

We can work with your other first fix and second fix contractors and installers, helping to make their job simpler and providing CAD image files, drawings and technical support for any bathroom products that we supply.

Cotswolds coaching inn. Now a haunt of

TRANSFORMATIONS

The BoundaryShoreditch, London.

The Boundary of Shoreditch, East London,

comprises three restaurants and bars; twelve

individually designed guest bedrooms, plus

five suites; a small British food store; and a

bakery. The conversion from a late Victorian

warehouse was meticulous, aided by some

of Britain’s most renowned designers and

stylists, and overseen by Sir Terence Conran.

The bathrooms feature a number of exclusive

C.P. Hart collections which complement the

Boundary’s distinctive take on Victoriana.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Charles Percival Hart started his business in 1937 as a builders and plumbers merchant. His success

was built on sourcing the best products and providing an unrivalled quality of service. Today, the majority

of our business is with professionals, from modest residential developments to large London hotels.

Our Contracts team have immense experience across every type of development, and can assist from

conception through to aftercare. Many have worked across different departments within the business,

giving them a broad understanding of design, project management and technical issues. Following

C.P. Hart’s founding principles, they are dedicated to finding the right product from the best available,

and delivering exceptional service on every single project.

KEy PEOPLE

Carolyn Harrison - Contracts Manager

Carolyn has worked at C.P. Hart for 25 years and brings immense enthusiasm as well as experience to

each project. She is a founding member of the current Contracts Division, and has worked on hundreds

of successful commissions.

Ian Dutch - Head of Projects (Hotels)

Ian has 18 years in the bathroom industry, having originally trained as a plumber. Most recently he has

applied his practical knowledge and experience to some of the most famous hotels in London:

the Dorchester, Le Meridien in Piccadilly and the Grosvenor House Hotel.
