Export Process

• Able to establish a TaskMan routine to automate export file creation:• Create export file in RPMS• Store file in secure directory

• Manual upload of file to state PDMP program website

IHS Next Steps

• SharePoint Site: training materials, useful links, FAQs, etc.

• Data Exchange Agreements• Programming: Grant funding request approved by

the Bureau of Justice Assistance to program three additional formats

• Interoperability: Obtain capacity to report IHS data from any SU in any state to a single upload site. Data would then be available to any provider practicing in any state

Next Steps

• Obtain Pharmacist log-in for data retrieval from state PDMP.• Obtain site log-in for export.• Make friends with your site manager.• Download state user manual:

• Details reporting frequency, required elements, common error codes, etc.—in most cases this info is known by the Area Pharmacy Consultant.
