conundrum

CONUNDRUM Please say “NO”. Stop this mailing. I want to thank everyone who has contacted me to say, "Stop". We have been mailing newsletters for two decades. With every mailing there are more members and readers who ask that they receive the newsletter electronically, only. Many environmental groups have transitioned to electronic newsletters exclusively. The reasons are clear. The FOWL newsletter has been exemplary as the most content per page of any newsletter we know. But, there is the conundrum for not mailing. We have roughly ten times the number of members and readers on the mailing list than those who subscribe to our electronic mailings. Get updates between mailings. Get news faster. Conserve resources. We think that those who receive mailings prefer the printed newsletter. Maybe we are wrong. For now, you can have both. To stop your newsletter delivery, contact [email protected] or when you renew your membership add a note to stop postal newsletters. Either way, please go to FOWL.org and sign up for our list-serve.
