TERCERA.- COMPROMISOS Y FUENTES DE FINANCIACIÓN

THIRD.- COMMITMENTS AND SOURCES OF FINANCE

1.- La Universidad de Sevilla colaborará

en las actividades conjuntas

organizadas en el marco del presente

Convenio a través de su Oficina de

Cooperación al Desarrollo, así como del

Vicerrectorado de Servicios Sociales y

Comunitarios en el que se enmarca,

facilitando la posibilidad que los

miembros de la comunidad universitaria

de la Universidad de Sevilla participen

en ellas.

1. - The University of Seville will

collaborate in the joint organised activities

within the framework of this present

Agreement via its Development

Cooperation Office, as well as via the

Vice-Rectorate for Social and Community

Services, facilitating the involvement of

members of the University of Seville

Community.

2.- Las acciones formativas ofertadas a

la comunidad universitaria de la

Universidad de Sevilla (cursos,

jornadas, talleres, mesas redondas,

congresos…) que impliquen un

reconocimiento de créditos ECTS,

requerirán la firma previa del Convenio

para realizar acciones formativas y de

divulgación en materia de Educación

workshops, round tables, congresses,

etc.) that imply ECTS credits recognition

will require the Agreement to have been

signed beforehand in order to undertake

training and awareness-raising events in

cesión de espacios adecuados para el

buen desarrollo de las mismas, siempre

que exista disponibilidad de los mismos

y puedan cederse gratuitamente.

far as they are able, ceding suitable

spaces, if they are available and free of

charge, for such activities to be

undertaken correctly

le corresponde al autor de la

documentación y que es inalienable

según el artículo 14 del citado texto

SEXTA.- DURACIÓN SIXTH.- DURATIONEl presente ACUERDO entrará en vigor

3.- La Comisión de Seguimiento se

regirá en cuanto a su funcionamiento por

en la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de

Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.

OCTAVA.- NATURALEZA EIGHTH.- NATURE

la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de

The Parties will maintain confidentiality

when treating the information provided by

the Parties and when treating the

information, whatever the type or nature,

generated as the result of the execution of

this present Agreement; this obligation will

extend into the indefinite future, even after

the termination of this present Agreement.

This does not prejudice the possible

authorisation by the Parties or ,where

appropriate, such information is later

considered as made public domain.
