Conway Air Conditioning is one of the oldest heating and air conditioning businesses in Conway-serving Horry County since 1950’s. It was established in the early 1950’s under the name of Conway Metal Company. The present owner’s Cecil and Monica Brown purchased the business in 1974. The

name remained the same until 1987, when it was changed to Conway Air Conditioning. The company is family owned and operated with location at 300 Smith Street, Conway, SC.

Cecil and Monica Brown established a solid business in the Conway area with a strong work ethic which consisted of honesty, trustworthiness, and dedication to the growing customer base. Cecil is now retired from the business and his two sons, Ryan and Rusty Brown, whom grew up in the business, are operating

the business, and still hold to the same high standards

2011 Presidents Award

Conway Air Conditioning has been honored to receive Carrier’s President’s Award for 2011. Annual winners of the President’s Award are companies who have achieved high scores on a set of criteria established by Carrier. These criteria seek to identify model factory authorized dealers whose performance demonstrated year-over-year sales growth through and with a continual emphasis on customer satisfaction. In other words, President’s Award winners are those who not only seek growth and improvement on a daily basis, but whose annual performance testifies to their effectiveness in achieving those goals.
