In a small town near the WesternCape, there were a brother and asister named Themba andZenzele.

The siblings liked to play footballwith their schoolmates.

Later that day, Zenzele’s and Themba’s mother took them to see the dentist. Themba was scared.

The dentist turned on a light and asked Themba to open his mouth like a hungry lion “Rawr” Themba said. “Very good. Now let’s see what happened to your tooth” smiled the dentist.

“Well, it looks like you sir, have a cavity” replied the dentist.

“What’s that?” asked Themba “That’s when bad things start to destroy your teeth, and that is why it is very important to take good care of them.”

“Put your toothpaste on your brush, And don’t do it in a rush.

Brush, brush, brush, brush! Move the brush back and forth, On your teeth south, west, east

and beneath. Brush, brush, brush, brush!”
