    1.2.5 As far as possible, sewerage works shall be carried out within the limitof the development site. If there is a need to lay sewers and to carryout the sewerage works beyond the limit of the development site, thedeveloper shall obtain the consent from the owner of the land on whichthe sewerage works is to be carried out. This shall include tate !andor any other land that is managed by other "overnment Agencies.
