B. REQUIREMENTS FROM STUDENTS
Scholars/students are required to present themselves in person for registration and bring the following:-
i. Identity Cardii. Documents not deposited so far, if any
C. PAYMENTS
Students shall be granted only one of the following two mutually agreed categories of status at the time ofregistration. The change in status will not be allowed during the semester:-
I. Residing & dinningII. Non-residing & non-dinning subject to approval of DOSW.
Scholars/students shall be required to pay fees/dues in advance as per the details given belowalong with the outstanding dues, if any.

Note: 1. Not chargeable from the SC/ST eligible students whose parents/guardians income is less
than Rs. 4.5 lacs per annum and allowed free messing.
2. PD students will be required to pay fee of their main category to which they belong (i.e.Gen/ OBC or SC/ST).

Fee
Fees can be paid by any of the fol lowing modes:
a. From this semester onward all the students have to deposit fee only
through online method by using internet banking / debit-cm ATM Card /
Cash payment through bank. In case cash option is opted, the online
deposit slip has to be generated first and then the amount is to be
deposited immediately in the nearby concerned branch of SBI / PNB. The
procedure for operation of online banking for our both banks is given at
Appendix-I (PNB) & II (SBI)
b. Only following students are allowed to deposit fee through drafts / depositslips directly in the Students Affairs Section, Finance & Accounts office:
Students availing loan from the banks.
In case of any problem like mismatch of fee / category / status shownin the file available online.
(E) FEE FOR LATE REGISTRATION
(The Late Registration fee shall also be deposited through the procuedure given above)

G. The students, who deposit the fee through loan from bank, can also deposit the draft of the fee atthe specially notified counters by IITR.
H. The foreign students, who deposit the fee in foreign currency, can deposit the fee (including themess fee) directly in Finance & Accounts Office.
I. If any of the student fails to register or have not deposited fee by 25.07.2014 (with late fee) :-
1. His/her registration wil l be terminated.2. His/her name will be struck-off from the Institute rolls .3. He/she wi ll be required to vacate the hostel.
Note:
-Sd-
- The students who repeat a particular class whether on medical ground or for any
other reason(s) will be required to pay the Institute fees as applicable to the batch of
students wi th whom they are repeating the class.
