Creating a Presentation

1. Open PowerPoint2. Choose the desired installed template or

theme, or open an existing presentation, or start with a blank presentation

3. Type the text for each slide, adding additional elements as needed (such as graphic images)

4. If necessary, apply a design theme5. Save the presentation6. Print the presentation as slides, handouts,

notes pages, or an outline7. Run the presentation8. Close the presentation9. Exit PowerPoint
