Does HR understand how people “earn” the CSM?
• 45% of respondents indicated that their organizations required job candidates to have appropriate certifications
• 41% of respondents indicated that their HR managers understood what it required to “earn” the CSM
• 14% of candidates indicated that their organizations require candidates for agile teams to be CSMs– In these organizations, only 52% of respondents felt that the HR
managers understood how CSMs are “earned”
