Scheduled
Beginning Date Can Be Set, typically is the 1st day of current quarter
Interactive
Used when changes have been made in DataLab.
Manual
Used to cover a specific period of time.

Scheduled ProcessNow
From first day of the quarter though the last full day of data.
In this example, ProcessNow is run as scheduled on March 25, all the way back to January 1.

Interactive ProcessNow
In this example, ProcessNow is run from DataLab on March 25. Edits were made to data from March 23. Thus, ProcessNow processes data from March 23
forward to March 25.

Manual ProcessNow
For a specific time frame, including future dates
In this example, ProcessNow was manually run on March 5, processing data through March 8.

Continuous processing of data is performed because data must be assembled and reported in the format required by EPA. ProcessNow transforms data into the reportable format.
Data Processing Logic

Operational data are additional parameters that are configured in the DAS to accomplish certain calculations such as Time-on-Line, Fuel Factor, Load, etc.
Should be manually reviewed and edited to ensure accuracy
This data should never be less than zero
ProcessNow functionality depends upon the reliability of this data
Reviewing Plant Operational Data

Editable plant operation data includes:
Time-on-Line parameters for all DAS types
Fuel Factor ( if not determined on a real-time basis)
Load

Time-on-Line
To determine the amount of time a fuel is combusted. Values must be accurate
Fuel Factor
A constant used for calculating heat input. There may be a Fuel Factor parameter for each DAS Fuel Type
Load
Amount (in megawatts) of electricity or a steam flow for the unit. Load values should be consistent with Time-on-Line
Operational Parameters

Plant parameters should never be less than zero or carry any of the following flags:
Missing
Out of Control
Exceedance
Invalid
Suspect (depending on conditions)
Maintenance
State Invalid
Over/Under Range
Diluent Capped
Restrictions on Plant Parameters

Full Scale Exceedance (FSE)
Sub-minimum Fuel Flow
Unit Daily Record (UDR)
