INTRODUCTION

BPS Instrument company Limited was founded on 11 February 2002 by Mrs.Panya Boonphasuk. She realized that

although laboratory and instrument were available widely, most of them were still expensive and consequently, the

maintenance cost was high as well Mrs.Panya. Therefore, gathered her friends from faculty of Engineering from

Rajamangala University of Technology and created a team of experts, who at time already had over 15 years of

experience, to focus on maintenance. It has been 22 years now and we feel confident to take care of your priceless

instrument.

Therewith, we established for trading all kind of equipment such as measuring instrument electronic control,

machine tools, spare parts, x-ray baggage scan, walking profiler, road blocker, Portable Under Vehicle Inspection System

and calibration sets which are usually used in production line and laboratory.

We have representation agreements with leading product manufacturers and keep looking to add new product

and new brands that complement our existing line of products.

HY SERIES Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

➢ Application

HY Computer Control Electro - Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine is designed for testing metal and non-

metal. It can do the tension, compression, bending, shearing tests. Force measurement is through Pressure

Transducer.

➢ Force Measurement

Calibrated, in class of machine 0.5, load meets or exceeds the following standards: EN 7500-1 with certificate of

calibration EN 7500-1

➢ Machine Features

• Clearance adjustment mechanism allows the moveable beam in the most reasonable

operating position and strained condition.

• The hydraulic clamping device (Open Grip) can be adjusted independently clamping

speed (according to the demand of customers acting clamping device)

• Oil cylinder underneath type structure can reduce the height of the host, reduce test

center of gravity,

reduce breakage impact damage on the machine.

• Photoelectric encoder can be accurately measured beam moving distance.

• Emergency switch to stop machine immediately

• Available with manual and automatic control

system, to choose its own operating mode.

BA SERIES


• Aluminum alloy load frame with T-slot for accessory mounting

• Precise ball screws withstand the whole loading with long-life use and

compact layout.

• Upper and lower limit switch on load frame to prevent overload,

overtravel and impact (as test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum

test force of each file)

• High resolution auto ranging load cells

• This testing machines is equipped with computer, printer, and general

test software for automatic control

• Wedge grips (The system for pneumatic grip / optional) and fixtures for

tension, compression and bending testing etc. (follow to customer

requirement)

• Crosshead control via AC servo drive and brushless servo motor

Electronic Universal Testing Machine

➢ Application

BA series is designed for testing metal and non-metal. It can do the tension, compression,

bending, shearing and peeling tests. Force measurement is through load cell.

➢ Application

BA/BA-S Single Arm series is designed for testing metal and non-metal. It can do the tension,

compression, bending, shearing and peeling tests. Force measurement is through load cell.

MGW SERIES Servo-Hydraulic Relaxation Testing Machine

➢ Application

WMG series is designed for testing metal. It can do the

relaxation test. Force measurement is through load cell.

➢ Structure Introduction

This machine is composed of four parts: test host, main

oil source (hydraulic power source), mobile oil source

(pre-primed oil source), and protective box

➢ Machine Features • Load measurement: adopt high-precision load sensor, good linear repeatability, strong shock resistance, stable and reliable.

• Displacement measurement: using photoelectric encoder, high precision, stable and reliable. • Loading method: microcomputer controlled automatic loading

• Pre-tightening method: using an independent hydraulic pump station and pre-tightening the top of the hall

• Multiple protection: with double protection, piston stroke protection, load protection.

• Test results: Various test results can be obtained automatically according to user requirements.

• Test data: The testing machine software uses the Access database for management, which is convenient for querying the test

report.

• Data port: The software reserves the database interface, which is convenient for the laboratory to upload data to the network for

test data management.

• The control mode has two control channels of load and displacement and the corresponding three control modes of force, stress

and displacement. The control modes can be changed randomly / arbitrarily.

• Security protection: The design of fully enclosed protective nets and protective boxes ensures the safety of test personnel

YEW / YAW SERIES Electro-Hydraulic Compression Testing Machine

➢ Application

electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is mainly used for compressive strength test of cement, concrete, high-strength concrete samples

and components and other building materials. Split tensile test, flexural test, static pressure elastic modulus and other tests. Can automatically

obtain the result parameters specified in the relevant standards.

➢ Structure Introduction

This machine is composed of an under-cylinder main engine and an oil source control cabinet. The test and test machine adopts a four-pillar frame

design with simple structure and good stability. The test space is adjusted by an electric screw.

Pendulum Impact Tester

➢ Application

Impact test determines the amount of energy absorbed by a material during

fracture. This absorbed energy is a measure of a given material's toughness and

acts as a tool to study temperature-dependent brittle-ductile transition. It is

to determine whether the material is brittle or ductile in nature. ➢ Machine Features • Available energy is 5.5 - 450J of Charpy and Izod testing

• Motor-driven raising of hammer with auto or manual-return after test for increased productivity and operator safety

• Electromagnetic brake/clutch control mechanisms respond quickly (some model) for improved operation

• Conveniently located controls for efficient testing

• Clearance between supports of 40 mm, fall angle is 150 degree,

• Cabin door sensitive automatic testing mode that enables the fast and continuous (some model) testing and manual mode for

more control for the operator.

• Highly sensitive encoder to take the angle readings for every position of the hammer and to capture the very peak point of the rise

angle.

• Direct verification menu to verify the losses and calculate the error as described in the standards (air resistance, bearing
