Product Conception

• Began as government small business innovative research: terrorist threat detection

• Resume uncertainty assessment became the surrogate research

• The goals were to go beyond simple keyword matching and scoring and reveal information hidden in resumes and use it to take action

• Developed prototype to assess resume uncertainty regarding education, job qualifications and career timelines
